The Service Centre Partner (SCP) will be one of the access point for The Citizens of India and Non-resident Indian (NRI) to overcome their problems. The Service Centre Partner (SCP) will Register and process The Advisory Management & Public Utility service by providing best-in-class public-facing services as per the direction and monitoring of Citizen Advisor CEO's Office and work as per the guidelines recomended in the Project bylaw. The Service Centre Partner (SCP) will also facilitate the Public Grievance redressal service which is a free, confidential and independent advice to help who approaches us. The ability of Service Centre Partner (SCP) to avoid direct interaction of citizens with Government offices and other sectors and to brings transparency, accountability and efficiency in the delivery of services through a reduced turnaround time.

The Partnership model is the key to the success of the Common Service Centre (CSC) Citizen Advisor operations.
